How Egg Medical handles what you share with us on this site, the cookies it uses, and the choices you have.
In short
- We collect what you send us, through the contact form or by email, and the basic technical information our host records to run the site.
- We use it to reply to you and to run the site. We do not sell it.
- Analytics cookies stay off unless you accept them. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the foot of every page.
- Please don’t send patient information through this site.
Who we are
Egg Medical, Inc. (“Egg Medical”, “we”) makes the EggNest® radiation protection systems for the interventional lab. This policy covers eggmedical.com.

What we collect
What you send us
- Through the contact form: your name, job title, hospital or company, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message.
- By email: whatever you choose to include, such as a purchase order, or your resume if you apply for a role at Egg Medical.
What is recorded when you visit
- Our hosting provider, Netlify, records technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies, records which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location. It does not give us your name or contact details.
How we use it
- To answer your message, and to follow up on your interest in our products.
- To process orders and support customers.
- To consider you for a role, if you apply.
- To learn which pages are useful and improve the site, if you accept analytics.
- To keep the site secure, and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can turn analytics off at any time. Depending on where you live, for example California or the European Union, the law may give you further rights.
To make a request, email info@eggmedical.com. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it, and we will not treat you differently for asking.
How long we keep it
We keep your messages, and the details in them, for as long as we need them to reply and to keep our business records, and no longer than 12 months. Google Analytics keeps the data linked to your visits for no more than 14 months.
How we protect it
The site is served only over an encrypted connection. It has no database and no login, and contact form messages are stored with our host, where only authorized Egg Medical staff can read them. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, so please don’t send anything sensitive through the form.
Patient and health information
This site is for clinicians, lab teams and hospital staff. It is not designed to receive patient information, and we ask you not to send any through the contact form or by email.
Children, location and changes
This site is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Egg Medical is based in the United States. Our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries.
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its date.
